This business started twenty-four years ago in structural concrete and flatwork.

The work began on the tools as a laborer, then moved up to foreman and commercial superintendent roles on jobsites across the country. Long hours, early mornings, and demanding days were the norm. Those years in the field became the backbone of this company, teaching us exactly what it takes to get a job done right.

Over time, that field experience transitioned into the office. Project management showed where jobs typically fall apart, while estimating made the numbers make sense. Transitioning into construction management brought in the customer side, the contracts, and the administrative parts of running a business that most field guys never get close to.

To put that complete blueprint to work, BOSAM was founded in 2024.

We launched at a time when commitment has thinned out in the trades. Mentorship, repetition, and accountability — the things that actually build a capable person — are harder to find in most shops today. We built this company to bring those standards back.

On the dirt, BOSAM takes on commercial general contracting work across Central Indiana, including project management, construction management, tenant improvements, historical renovations, and ground-up builds. On the consulting side, we use that same hard-earned background to help other contractors run tighter operations through B2B business scaling, operational problem solving, coaching, systems structure, growth strategy, and practical AI integration.
